This program is designed for electricians who have thorough knowledge of electrical theory and print reading and are experienced in the proper use of meters. The three (3) Troubleshooting Simulation courses start at a basic level and progress in complexity of troubleshooting tasks to build critical thinking skills. It is appropriate for journeyman level students. Electrician Trainees (or Journeymen seeking more assistance with these concepts) should instead enroll in GET WIRED! 402, which includes these simulation programs, with instructor-led discussions of troubleshooting practices and answers to student questions.

These courses contain easy to use simulations that allow you to operate the circuit, take meter readings, remove wires, replace components and other troubleshooting activities. You are tested on time and materials used to troubleshoot faults effectively in each of the following courses:
- Troubleshooting – Electrical Circuits
- Troubleshooting – Motor Circuits
- Troubleshooting – Control Circuits
Print and submit each certificate of completion to WECA for each course section to receive 32 hours of continuing education course credit. Please Note: Partial credit will not be given. You must complete the entire course to receive credit.
The tuition for this course includes 1 year of access to the Electrical Troubleshooting software used in the course. Log on instructions will be sent by the preferred method of contact chosen during the class registration process. Please allow one business day for order processing and access to the course.
This course must be completed within 90 days of purchase to receive credit. You will not be notified when your self-paced course is about to expire, and it is your responsibility to keep track of your course expiration/due date.
The course tuition is not refundable or transferable.
