The system uses 480 volts AC three-phase and contains a variety of industrial components such as pumps, agitators, heaters, temperature and float switches, relays, and timers.

With many types of defects you will get practice troubleshooting a wide range of potential problems. The typical types of failures you will encounter in this simulation include:
  • Opens in components or wiring.
  • Opens in components or wiring.
  • Defects in component mechanisms.
  • Overloaded and defective three-phase motors and protective equipment.
  • Opens and shorts in three-phase circuits.
  • Defective mechanical components.
