National Lighting Contractors Association of America (NLCAA) is a nonprofit educational provider of California’s Title 24 Energy Efficiency requirements. NLCAA is one of the two entities in California approved to provide the education, training, certification and oversight of Acceptance Test Technicians (ATT) and Acceptance Test Employers (ATE). NLCAA also offers basic to advanced educational courses on the California Energy Code and hands-on lighting controls technologies.
