Guidance can be used by businesses as soon as state orders are lifted 

San Diego Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer and San Diego County Supervisor and Greg Cox released guidelines developed by industry and workforce leaders to prepare the San Diego region to restart economic activity. The guidance can be used by businesses planning to safely reopen their doors as soon as state orders are lifted. You can read the press release here which includes a link to the guidelines - including the San Diego Construction Industry Coalition-created COVID-19 Exposure Response & Prevention Plan, on which WECA collaborated, and which outlines exposure response, control, prevention, containment, and training to promote preventative workplace habits in order to mitigate transmission of the virus between employees and contractors.
