Do your employees need to fulfill their Journeyman CE or Trainee hours? We've got the perfect opportunity for them -- our two-session, 16-hour Basic Motor Controls Part 1 class at our San Diego training facility on Saturday, January 18th and Saturday, January 25th. Plus -- we've waived our late enrollment fees!
They'll get to earn 16 Journeyman CE or Trainee hours, get hands-on experience building control circuits for motors, and learn the basics of Motor Controls.
(Prerequisite for Electrician Trainees: you should complete GetWired! 401 prior to enrolling in Basic Motor Controls Part 1).
In this lab-based course, your employees will learn about and gain experience with:
- the parts and components of a motor circuit
- manual control, automatic control, and control logic
- motor control line - ladder diagrams
- local stop/start station
- multiple start/stop stations
- using selector switches and pilot devices
- reversing circuits

This course is worth 16 hours of continuing education or Electrician Trainee credit.
