WECA honors and remembers L. Frank Vellutini, Jr., who passed away on February 28th.
Frank was the Chairman of the Board of Royal Electric Company, which was founded by his father and has been a member of the Western Electrical Contractors Association since 1971.
Frank was a distinguished member of our Board of Directors from 1992 - 2016 and served as Vice President and President from 1993 - 1994. Frank was responsible for helping the association to overcome numerous challenges and was a major contributor to its advancement, year after year. In 2016, the association presented him with an award in honor of his longstanding commitment to the organization and his guidance in its growth and evolution.
His daughter Dina Kimble, now President and CEO, Partner of Royal Electric Company, carries on his tradition as a presently-serving member of WECA's Board of Directors.
All of us at WECA will be pleased to carry on his values and continue to build on the work he put into making WECA what it is today.
