It's Construction Inclusion Week, but for WECA and our Member Contractors, supporting the development of diverse and inclusive workplaces in our industry is always a top priority.

In recognition of Construction Inclusion Week, WECA has been sharing our diversity and inclusion initiatives on our social media channels, as well as those of our Member Contractors.

On Monday, we shared a video on Alondra Mora -- who entered a WECA apprenticeship program directly out of high school, and with the benefit of a supportive employer (WECA Member Contractor Sebastian, based in Fresno, CA), coworkers, and a strong education from WECA, has now graduated into leadership roles on the job site!
