Journeyman Continuing Education at WECA
WECA is a California state-approved educational provider. Our association offers a wide variety of continuing education courses for journeyman electricians. Electricians taking their continuing education with WECA can choose among online classes (self-paced or instructor led) or classroom courses featuring hands-on labs at WECA training facilities in Northern and Southern California.

Which courses qualify?
Courses that are relevant to the category of electrician certification that you are renewing qualify for your CE requirement. Current certification categories include general, residential and fire-life-safety (FLS), and and voice-data-video (VDV) categories. Currently, all of WECA’s CE courses are relevant to both the general and residential categories, and many are relevant to the fire-life-safety and voice-data-video categories.
