Q. What are the different types of WECA membership?

WECA offers three categories of membership: Contractor Member, Affiliate Member and Industry Partner membership. Affiliate members are by invitation only. 

Q. What are the dues?

Download our Contractor or Industry Partner Membership Application Packet; there will be dues information within each packet.

Q. How can I become a member?

If you are interested in becoming a WECA member, contact WECA at membership@goweca.com or (877) 444-9322, x985, or download a membership application from our Member Forms and Resources Bank.

Q. What are the benefits of joining WECA?

WECA offers members a wide variety of benefits that help support the merit shop electrical contracting industry. These include: A political voice for your industry concerns, apprenticeship programs for your employees, public and prevailing wage help, networking, business opportunities, and much more. Q. Where can I see a list of Current California Certified Electricians?

Visit our State Forms and Resources bank and choose "Check Electrician Trainee or Journeyman Certification Status and Expiration Date."

Q. I work for a member contractor. How can I log in to access reports and features unique to our company?

Contact WECA to ask for a member access account. WECA will need to verify that you have permission from your company before granting you access to their reports and features.

 

Q. I need help with public works rules and regulations, and prevailing wage and compliance questions.

Call us. We provide phone assistance with prevailing and public wage questions to our member contractors.
