WECA California Commercial Electrical Apprentices: Open Enrollment has closed. All United Healthcare (UHC) plans become effective on October 1, 2023. UHC will mail out your NEW medical ID cards. Please review your medical ID card information to see that it is correct.

To change your Primary Care Physician for the HMO plans, call UHC customer service at (800)624-8822. For the PPO plan call (866)633-2446.
