Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA) is the premier electrical contractors trade association in the American West, serving merit shop electrical and low voltage contractors, their employees, and the industry suppliers that support them.
In addition to its 90 years of history as the premier provider of electrical and low voltage training and apprenticeship in California, WECA now offers a federally-approved commercial electrical apprenticeship program to the state of Arizona at its new training facility in Phoenix, as well as online continuing education for Arizona journeyperson electricians.
