Watch WECA Arizona Outreach and Workforce Development Specialist Heath Anderson Discuss WECA Apprenticeship Opportunities and WECA's Participation in Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs' BuildItAZ Initiative on Arizona & Me Program
 

This past weekend, WECA Arizona Outreach and Workforce Development Specialist Heath Anderson was a guest on the Arizona & Me program; a weekly public affairs program that examines issues and topics relevant to the state of Arizona, its people, and its communities.

Heath was invited to interview along with Carlos Contreras, the Director of the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity.

During the interview, they discussed Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs' BuildItAZ initiative, which aims to double the amount of apprenticeship opportunities provided in Arizona, and the opportunities that the building trades and apprenticeship offer Arizona workers.
