Another year, another opportunity to share the news about apprenticeship during a National Apprenticeship Week open house at WECA's California headquarters in Rancho Cordova, CA!
We were thrilled to show approximately 140 prospective apprentices in attendance around WECA's state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and facility, discuss WECA's Apprenticeship programs, have them listen to insight from current WECA Apprentices, and more!

What a turnout at WECA San Diego's National Apprenticeship Week 2026 Open House! The energy was incredible as prospective WECA apprentices joined WECA instructors Don Williams and Alex Cortez for a facility tour, lab demos, learning about our Apprenticeship programs, and more!
