Making the Connection Between Educational Journeys and Accomplishments of Students in the Elk Grove Community and Workforce Development Through WECA Programs

Dear WECA Member Contractors,

We are gathering information from individuals who attended an Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD) high school and later attended WECA. Through this survey, we hope to better understand the educational journeys and accomplishments of students from our local community.

The information collected will help illustrate how students from Elk Grove schools have pursued opportunities through WECA and the impact those experiences have had on their academic, personal, and professional paths. Survey results will be shared with the Elk Grove Unified School District Board of Education to highlight the success stories and achievements of students from across the district, demonstrate the potential impact of PLAs on local residents, students, and graduates who have pursued alternative workforce training pathways, and underscore the importance of maintaining fair access to employment opportunities within Elk Grove.
