December 1, 2018 - November 30, 2019 New Benefit Year.
Commercial Apprentices - Open enrollment (closed November 6, 2018)
If you added a dependent to your group health plans for Open Enrollment, the effective date of coverage is December 1, 2018. You should have received your dependents ID card from Anthem Blue Cross by now, and if not, please contact Cindy Cormier (916) 453-0112 Option 4 or ccormier@goweca.com.
There were no changes to the monthly dependent coverage charge; $125 for one dependent and $185 for two or more dependents. Payment is due by the 25th of the month prior to the coverage month.
Anthem Blue Cross also mailed new ID cards to all subscribers prior to November 30th; if you did not receive your new ID card please contact your WECA Insurance Office at the contact info above. Please review your Anthem Blue Cross ID card for correctness.
