It's easy to get your member discounts on ET and Journeyman training at WECA when you enroll your employees through our website.
Do you pay for your employees' enrollment with a credit card? If so -- WECA's made the process just that much easier with our new Web Enrollment Auto-Fill option!
As you know, Member Contractors who enroll their Electrician Trainee or Journeyman employees in WECA courses online previously had to manually enter all student information for every employee and every course.
But as of this week, Member Contractors now enjoy a streamlined enrollment process -- Members can now select and enroll an existing student and auto-fill their information. After Members log in to their portal and choose the desired class, they will see a list of their employees to choose from. After selecting the desired employee, the information will auto-populate as shown below.
However, this option is only made available for students already in the system, and if a signed release form is on file for the applicable student. Members enrolling employees for the first time will still have to manually enter all pertinent employee information.
